Rising from the black, west-facing slopes of Kangaroo Ground, Grovedale Olives' 500 trees are hand-picked each year by family and friends as the olives change from green to black.

An eclectic mix of Corregiola, Frantoio and Nevadillo Blanco are blended during the crushing process, resulting in a superb fusion of crushed black pepper and cut grass aromas.

This lively oil will add interest to any dish, and is especially stunning with fresh bread, balsamic vinegar and
