Your guests arrive, still
fresh after a leisurely drive from the bustle of the
big smoke. The sky seems to go on forever, the views
uninterrupted.
A line of trees in the middle-distance marks the Yarra
snaking it's way through the valley, and as sun pours
through the leaves of ancient elms that surround the
Chapel, speckled light is thrown on the water of a nearby
fountain. Your day has begun.
A wedding at Stones of
the Yarra Valley is a truly unforgettable experience.
With it's stunning Chapel,
Dairy and Barn all linked by European-inspired
paths across acres of manicured lawn,
Stones of the Yarra Valley is the perfect location
for your perfect day.
THE
CHAPEL
Soaring ceilings,
stained-glass windows and sweeping views across acres
of vines, the Stones of the Yarra Valley Chapel has
to be seen to be believed. With seating for
150 guests on hand-crafted timber pews, the Chapel encompasses
all of the romance, elegance and solitude
of a rural place-of-worship. The Chapel is also
non-denominational, allowing celebrations across
all religions to take place within its gorgeous
hand-rendered walls.
THE DAIRY
Ever had some time to fill in between a wedding ceremony
and reception? At Stones of the Yarra Valley this period
just adds to the magic of the day, with guests invited
to enjoy a cocktail in the Dairy, located between the
Stones of the Yarra Valley Chapel and Barn.
As a three-piece ensemble
plays in the corner and luscious hors d`oeuvres are
served fresh from the Stones kitchen,
your wedding guests spill out onto the lawn, reflecting
on the stunning ceremony they just
took
part in.
THE BARN
A short stroll
through the grounds from the Chapel, a reception in
the Stones of the Yarra Valley historic barn can accomodate
up to 150 guests, and with our sumptuous menus, wine
lists and unforgettable entertainment all combined with
views from every seat, we look forward to working closely
with
you to tailor your perfect reception.
PRICING
Weddings at Stones of the Yarra Valley in 2010 are priced at $155 per head for a five hour food and beverage package, plus $1,500 for exclusive use of our Chapel and grounds. There are minimum spends applicable to weddings on Fridays (100 guests), Saturdays (120 guests) and Sundays (100 guests), as well as public holidays (100 guests) and the eve of public holidays (100 guests).
Additional costs apply to premium food & wine packages.
Prices remain unchanged throughout the year, but please note that weddings held on weeknights have a much lower minimum spend (80 guests).
