Our 'La Famiglia' menu presents an array of exquisite sharing dishes and whole roasted meats for your group to enjoy.
Feast on three shared entrees, two shared mains accompanied by two sides and alternating plated dessert to finish. To ensure the freshest produce possible, please be aware the below menu is subject to seasonal change.
Please note that our La Famiglia Sunday menu applies for reservations of 16 or more guests on Sundays.
The following three entrees will be served to the centre of the table for your group to share
Free range pork shoulder, apple, mustard, verjuice
Heirloom carrot, grilled halloumi, herb crusted cauliflower, radish salad
King prawns, feuille de brick, babaganoush, pomegranate, petite herb
Your choice of two of the following main courses to be shared by your group
Sher wagyu rump 7+, crisp semolina, smoked aioli, jus
Miso baked barramundi, spring onion, chilli, coriander
Slow roasted lamb shoulder, salsa verde, cress
Petuna ocean trout, walnut tarator, tendril, radish
Whole John Dory, saffron beurre blanc, lemon, chive
Thyme roast chicken, kale, burnt lemon
Dobson potato, confit garlic, herbs, sumac
Green beans, salsa verde, Yarra Valley goat’s cheese
Your choice of two of the following desserts to be served alternating to your guests.
Alternatively, you may choose to arrange a cake by our Pastry Chef to enjoy as dessert.
