Restaurant Booking Terms & Conditions
Credit card details are required when making a reservation for eight guests or more.
Your card will only be charged in the unfortunate event of cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a cancellation fee of $60 per person on Saturdays and $75 per person on Sundays. A reduction in a booking size is considered a cancellation.
For larger banquet bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
If you plan to bring a cake from an external supplier to enjoy after your lunch, please note that a $5 per person cakeage fee applies.
Our team will cut, garnish & serve your cake.
Please note we host weddings on Saturday & Sunday evenings - consequently will start preparing the restaurant from 3.30pm onwards.
Customers are not permitted to bring any food or beverage onto the property for consumption, nor can any food leave the venue.
Decorations, confetti and balloons are not permitted in the restaurant.
Public Holiday Surcharge
Kindly note that a 10% surcharge is applied to all transactions at The Barn and The Stables at Stones on days when public holidays are observed. This surcharge reflects the increase in staff costs experienced on public holidays. We thank you for your understanding.
