King prawns wrapped in brik pastry, smoked eggplant, herb salad

Free range suckling pig, salad of apples and celery, mustard, panko

Grilled marinated asparagus, parmesan sable, frisee salad, black truffle dressing

Free range chicken breast, honey and mustard glaze, farro and corn risotto, crisp parsnip

Marinated lamb rump, mushrooms, caramelised onion sauce, snow pea salad

Cone Bay barramundi, remoulade, saffron buerre blanc, fennel salad

Crisp polenta, green chilli yoghurt, carrot, sumac roasted pepita, sweet potato

Salad of spinach, zucchini, walnuts, sweet mustard dressing

however your card will only be charged in the unfortunate event of cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time.

For larger banquet bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

Please be advised that customers are not permitted to bring any food or beverage onto the property for consumption,
nor can any food leave the venue.

Please note we host weddings on Saturday & Sunday evenings - consequently will start preparing the restaurant from 3.30pm onwards.
