Lamb rump, cauliflower puree, charred Brussels, chimichurri
Roast chicken, lemon and orzo salad, sun-dried tomato jus
Sumac-spiced barramundi, quinoa tabbouleh, smashed peas, herb crumb
Ricotta gnocchi alla romana, green olive passata, vine tomato, parmesan crisp
