Wenly & Martin - March 2025

We are a couple living outside of Australia and we found the Stones after looking at more than 10 venues near Melbourne to celebrate our intimate reunion of 25 people. 

I cannot emphasise enough how professional the Stones team is – they made the process easy for us in all aspects of our experiences. The preferred suppliers list helped us tremendously (and we wish we had known this before we started looking for vendors ourselves). Despite our inability to visit the venue before the big day, the team ensured that we felt comfortable with our choices and felt supported. We also appreciated the suggestions specific to our small group size.

On the day itself, we were impressed with the amount of on-site support staff that they allocated - which ensured the day was completely stress-free. The team also anticipates our needs before they arose (canapes in between the ceremony and lunch was a lifesaver). We also feel that the nook behind The Stables (the bridal suite) was underrated / underrepresented in the brochure - we really appreciated having this private space to take a breather in between all the excitement.

The food choice was fantastic - all our guests were very happy with their dining experience and it was a treat. 

Last but not least, the property is more beautiful than any pictures can describe - the buildings have an authentic old charm combined with modern renovations with landscape that also transports you to European vineyards.
