Tim and I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest and most heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Stones of the Yarra Valley, and especially to our incredible wedding administrator, Jai, and our on the day coordinators Shanae and Emma, for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.
From our very first interaction, Jai, you brought such a calm, organised, and genuinely caring presence to the entire process. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but you made everything feel seamless, manageable, and enjoyable. No question was ever too small, and your responsiveness, attention to detail, and thoughtful guidance gave us so much confidence every step of the way.
On the day itself, everything came together more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. Stones was absolutely breathtaking, and created the most perfect backdrop for such a special moment in our lives. So many of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was, how smoothly the day flowed, and how exceptional the food and service were. It truly felt like everything was executed to perfection.
Jai, what stood out most to us was how at ease you made us feel. Knowing you were there behind the scenes, ensuring everything was running exactly as planned, allowed us to be fully present and soak in every moment of the day with our family and friends. That peace of mind is something we will always be grateful for. Your professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made such a difference, and it did not go unnoticed by us or our families. Thank you also for being so adaptable with our last minute changes on the day, we could not be more grateful for how seamlessly it all worked out thanks to you!
A very special thank you as well to Shanae and Emma, our incredible on the day coordinators. From the moment the day began, your calm, friendly, and professional presence made such a difference. You both handled everything so seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring every detail was perfectly in place and that the entire day flowed effortlessly. Your organisation, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for the role you both played in making our day feel so smooth, relaxed, and absolutely perfect. We are also so obsessed with how you beautifully set up and styled The Barn for our reception, you guys absolutely nailed it!
To the wider team at Stones, thank you for your incredible hospitality, organisation, and attention to detail. Every element of the day reflected the high standard you are known for, and we feel so lucky to have celebrated at such a beautiful and well-run venue.
Thank you again for creating such a magical and stress free experience for us. Our wedding day is a memory we will cherish forever, and that is so largely thanks to all of you.
