How to use the zenius Machine
Creating the perfect Nespresso coffee, cup after cup, is simple. Follow these steps or watch the video to achieve your favourite cafe-style coffee at your workplace.
Step 1: Ensure water tank is filled with fresh potable water and switch on the machine.
Step 2: Lift the capsule lever, insert your Nespresso Professional capsule, close the lever to lock it in place.
Step 3: Place your cup on the tray, pivoting it if needed for larger cups.
Step 4: Press the button for coffee of your choice - Ristretto, Espresso or Lungo.
Step 5: Once finished, lift the lever to eject the capsule into the used capsule container. Enjoy your coffee!
For hot water, place the cup on the tray and press the hot water button.

1. Switch on the Main Power Button (Left lower side of machine)
2. Preheating Monitor shows for few minutes to represent preheating. When the machine is ready, previous target temperature is shown.
3. Temperature Setting
Setting Preset Menu
a. Pressing and holding P1 / P2 button, the machine shows its preset temperature.
b. Press ↑ or ↓ to adjust target temperature.
c. Release P1 / P2 button, machine beeps three times to show that saving is successful.
d. Press P1 / P2 button to set target temperature rapidly.
4. Start Milk Frothing
a . Setting target temperature, press steam button to start frothing. Liquid temperature will be shown in the display.
b. During frothing, the display shows rising temperature. When the target temperature is reached, machine automatically stops dispensing steam.
5. After Frothing
Machine returns to ready mode and display shows previous target temperature.
6. Clean After Use
Press clean to start flushing. Machine dispenses steam for 6 seconds to clean milk residual inside steam ward. Then wipe the steam wand clean with a damp cloth to clean milk residual on the surface of the steam ward.

How to enter pairing mode:
Either
Press the BLUETOOTH source button for more than 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. (On the remote) (Pairing mode lasts for 5 minutes.)
Press and hold down INPUT on the unit for three seconds.
select "PAIRING" from the Option menu, and then press ENTER
In pairing mode, the front panel display of this unit will indicate "PAIRING," and the Bluetooth indicator will blink.

There are two control panels in the building:
Ground Floor: Located on the left side of the entrance wall.
Upper Level: Located in the corridor next to the mirror and vanity, in front of the Cortona Room (main suite).
To operate the hydronic heating:
Use the Upper Panel: Open the control panel.
Set Temperature:
On the right-hand side, select "Auto" to maintain the temperature at your desired setting.
Adjust the temperature by moving the arrows up and down next to the thermometer icon.
Note: Choosing "Auto" ensures the system works to maintain the specified temperature in the room.

There is a split system in the living room, located on the left-hand side of the entrance wall. The control panel is the bottom one, and there is a control panel in each room.
To operate the split system:
Turn Power On: Press the power icon in the top-left corner.
Select Mode: Press the button in the top-right corner.
Adjust Temperature: Use the central wheel to press the temperature icons to increase or decrease the temperature.

To use the cooktop:
Turn Knobs: Press and turn the knobs counterclockwise to the desired heat value. Adjust the flame by positioning the knobs between the maximum and minimum settings.
Turn Off: Return the knobs to the "Off" position to extinguish the burners.

To switch on the oven:
Ensure that the programmer clock is set with the cooking duration; otherwise, the oven will not turn on.
Select Cooking Function: Use the function knob to choose the desired cooking mode.
Set Temperature: Use the temperature knob to set the desired temperature.
Preheating Stage:
The oven will preheat to reach the cooking temperature. The indicator light will turn on during preheating and will turn off when the oven is ready for use.
Functions List:
Convection: Heat comes from above and below, ideal for roasting, baking bread, cakes, and fatty meats like goose and duck.
Baker’s Function: Uses the fan and lower heating element for rapid cooking and finishing well-cooked foods.
Small Grill: Uses the central element to grill small portions of meat, fish, kebabs, and vegetables.
Grill: The grill element provides even grilling, ideal for sausages, spare ribs, bacon, and large quantities of food.
Fan Grill: The fan softens the intense heat from the grill, suitable for thick cuts of meat.
Fan Assisted: Combines the fan with traditional cooking, perfect for biscuits, cakes, and multi-level cooking.
Fan Forced: Uses the fan and circular heating element for even cooking on multiple levels, preventing flavor transfer between dishes.
Eco: Combines the grill and lower heating element for low-energy consumption, ideal for meat, fish, and vegetables. Not recommended for rising desserts.
