Torte by Mirjana is a Melbourne-based cake studio creating bespoke wedding cakes and edible heirlooms that feel deeply personal and artfully considered. Led by cake artist Mirjana, each creation is handcrafted with a strong focus on flavour, texture and timeless design, using beautiful organic ingredients and thoughtful details throughout. Inspired by a background in fashion design and product development with Australian fashion houses including Collette Dinnigan and Sass & Bide, Mirjana approaches cake design with an editorial eye and a love of artistry, nostalgia and romance.
Working closely with couples, the process feels collaborative, warm and intuitive, resulting in cakes that reflect the atmosphere and emotion of the celebration rather than fleeting trends.
