He was patient, attentive, and infinitely accommodating — from unlimited face-to-face meetings and rehearsals, to creating a personalized video guide that helped us visualize the ceremony ahead of time. Thanks to all that preparation, we felt calm, confident, and excited on the big day — not overwhelmed or nervous.
