Ghost Booth Events is not your average Photo Booth experience.
At the heart of what we do is our photo booth, though not in the way you might expect. We believe a booth should never take over the show. It should sit beautifully within your day, complement the space, and come alive when your guests find it. Sleek, minimal, and completely customised, our booths are designed to blend into the aesthetic of your wedding rather than compete with it. The real magic happens naturally: guests gravitate towards it, laughter follows, and before long you have a collection of candid, joyful moments that sit alongside your formal photography as some of the most treasured memories of the night. Every print is designed to match your wedding stationery, so even the keepsake your guests take home feels intentional and considered.
Our signage works in the same spirit. Every welcome sign, seating chart, bar menu, and directional piece is created in-house and tailored to your palette, your fonts, your feeling. The result is a wedding aesthetic that flows seamlessly from the ceremony entrance through to the final print of the evening.
With now ten years in the industry, we have had the privilege of working across some of Melbourne's most beautiful venues, and Stones of the Yarra Valley has been part of our journey since the very early years. For Gina and Alissa, and the entire Ghost Booth Events team, Stones is more than a venue on a referral list. It is a place that is genuinely close to our hearts. From the oak-lined driveway and breathtaking grounds to the valley views and vine-covered chapel, there is nowhere quite like it, and being trusted to be part of the weddings that unfold here is a privilege we do not take for granted. Stones was, and always will be, our top venue.
