Ashleigh Haase is a Melbourne-based wedding photographer working across Australia, Europe, and beyond. With over 13 years of experience and more than 800 weddings documented, her work sits at the intersection of editorial direction and documentary instinct. Considered in its composition, candid in its feeling.
Ash's approach is led by presence over performance. She works closely with couples to understand their energy and their day, then guides them through the experience with calm direction that makes portraits feel efficient, natural, and genuinely like them. The result is imagery that reflects who they are, not a version of themselves performing for a camera.
Creatively, she's drawn to atmosphere, light, and the moments that exist between the planned ones. Stones of the Yarra Valley is one of the few venues that gives her genuine creative freedom through the architecture, the grounds, and the quality of couples who choose the space, ultimately aligning with the work she does best.
