Just a short stroll from Stones of the Yarra Valley, The Farmhouse at Meletos is our 23-room boutique hotel, nestled among vineyards and Napoleone apple orchards with views stretching towards the Great Dividing Range.
Designed as a place to slow down, each room has its own character, with carefully chosen furnishings and natural materials that feel warm, understated and considered. It's somewhere your guests can settle in, wake slowly, and make the most of their time in the Yarra Valley.
For evening weddings, couples have the opportunity to reserve The Farmhouse exclusively, allowing family and friends to stay together onsite and continue the occasion well beyond the final dance.
Once your evening wedding has been confirmed, all rooms at The Farmhouse will be held exclusively for your group for 30 days. After this time, any unreserved rooms will be released, and availability can no longer be guaranteed.
Children at The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is an adults-only property under standard bookings. When exclusive use has been reserved as part of your wedding, children are welcome to stay with your group, subject to room occupancy limits and our booking terms.
Room Types
Tuscan Suite
Reserved for the newlyweds or, if booked in conjunction with The Villa, a guest of your choosing, The Tuscan Suite sits on the upper level of The Farmhouse, with views across the vineyards towards the Great Dividing Range. The suite features a walk-in shower, a stone soaker bath, and generous living spaces, making it a beautiful place to prepare for your wedding day or unwind once the celebrations have come to an end.
Standard Guest Rooms
The remaining 22 guest rooms each feature a queen bed, private ensuite and individually styled interiors. Rooms are positioned on either side of the building, with outlooks across vineyards, apple orchards or the wisteria-lined walkways.

Accommodation Notes
Maximum occupancy is two adults per room.
Rooms feature fixed bedding only. Twin-share configurations and sofa beds are not available.
We have two rooms with rollaway beds available for children and carers if required.
Rooms 4 and 10 have been designed with accessibility in mind.

Reserve The Farmhouse exclusively for your wedding guests and enjoy private access to all 23 rooms, creating a relaxed place for everyone to gather before and after your celebration.
Your exclusive booking includes:
23 guest rooms accommodating up to 46 guests
3:00 pm check-in and 11:00 am check-out
Exclusive access to The Farmhouse lobby and gardens for pre-ceremony photography.
Two hours of access to the semi-private bar following your reception for guests staying onsite
Continental breakfast at Meletos Restaurant the following morning
Children accompanied by adults welcome when staying as part of your exclusive booking
Exclusive use packages begin from $10,210.

Booking Your Guests
Once your booking is confirmed, you can choose the reservation process that suits your guests.
Individual bookings allow guests to reserve their own rooms directly with our team.
Rooming list allocation allows you to nominate who will stay in each room, with our team managing the reservations on your behalf.
Full payment is due four months before your wedding date.
A Nightcap
As part of your exclusive Farmhouse booking, guests staying at The Farmhouse are invited to enjoy a night cap at the Warehouse Bar for two hours following your reception.
It's a relaxed place to gather for one last drink, a grazing board, share stories from the day, and enjoy a little more time together, before retiring for the evening.
Drinks are available to purchase on consumption, Alternatively, you may arrange a prepaid bar tab for your guests.
Need additional accommodation?
The Villa is our private five-bedroom residence, located just a short stroll from the Stones precinct. Sleeping up to 10 guests, it is well suited to families and welcomes children, making it the perfect complement to your exclusive Farmhouse booking.
Allotment Bookings
If you're planning a smaller celebration, our allotment option offers a flexible way to accommodate guests onsite without reserving The Farmhouse exclusively.
This option includes:
Up to five guest rooms, subject to seasonal availability and occupancy
Full payment at the time of booking
Shared use of The Farmhouse with other guests staying on the estate
The allotment option is well suited to couples wishing to accommodate immediate family or a small group of guests while maintaining the flexibility of individual room bookings.
Please Note
The Farmhouse is an adults-only property for standard and allotment bookings, and children under 14 cannot be accommodated.
If you're travelling with children, we recommend The Villa. Located just a short stroll from Stones, our five-bedroom private residence welcomes guests of all ages and offers a wonderful option for families, subject to availability.
