Sugar Bee Flowers is a boutique floral design studio founded by Youki in 2009, nestled at the gateway to the Yarra Valley in Coldstream. Known for creating refined florals that are elegant yet abundant, our studio specialises in creating refined, graceful floral designs that are deeply personalised to each couple and their day.
At the heart of Sugar Bee Flowers is a collaborative and considered approach. We love getting to know each couple, listening closely to their vision, colour palette, and the atmosphere they want the day to hold. From there, we thoughtfully guide the creative process, designing florals that feel elevated yet effortless, while always respecting and enhancing the beauty of the venue itself.
Our work is shaped by a deep appreciation for nature, seasonality, and texture. Inspired by the changing landscape of the Yarra Valley throughout the seasons, we are drawn to flowers that feel organic, expressive, and full of movement. Sustainability is also an important part of our philosophy, and we are proudly foam-free in our ongoing commitment to more mindful floral practices. We are especially grateful to Stones of the Yarra Valley for continually setting a thoughtful standard for sustainability within the wedding industry and encouraging all of us to play our part in these important changes.
With over 18 years of experience in the wedding industry, our close-knit team brings a calm and efficient presence to your special day. Having worked alongside the team at Stones for more than 15 years, we understand the rhythm of a wedding day and value seamless collaboration with the venue and fellow creatives alike.
